This Privacy Policy explains how Praxiloom («Praxiloom», «we», «us») collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you use our website and service. By using Praxiloom, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

Praxiloom is an online platform for coaches: a practice trainer with an AI client and AI-assisted review of coaching sessions against ICF standards. The service is operated from the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan). For any privacy questions you can reach us at coolcorvin13@mail.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address, an optional display name, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Content you provide: text you type during training sessions, and audio or video recordings and transcripts of coaching sessions you upload for analysis.
• Generated content: transcriptions, analyses, scores, and notes produced from your content.
• Usage data: basic technical logs (e.g. actions in the app, errors) needed to run and improve the service.
• Payment data: when you purchase, payment is processed by Paddle (see section 5). We do not receive or store your full card details.

3. How we use your data

• To provide the service: authentication, running training sessions, producing transcriptions and analyses.
• To maintain your account and balance, and to provide customer support.
• To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
• To improve reliability and quality of the service.
• To send you essential service emails (e.g. confirmation codes, password reset). We do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. AI processing

A core part of the service uses third-party AI providers. To produce transcriptions and analyses, the relevant content (transcript text, and for transcription the audio) is sent to these providers for processing and returned to you. We share only what is needed to perform the requested task.

5. Service providers (sub-processors)

We rely on the following processors, who handle data only on our behalf:

• Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepSeek — AI models for session analysis and text generation.
• AssemblyAI — speech-to-text transcription of uploaded audio.
• ElevenLabs — voice synthesis for the AI client in the trainer.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails (codes, password reset).
• Paddle — our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes purchases and handles billing data under its own privacy policy.
• Railway — cloud hosting and storage of application data.

6. Storage and retention

Your data is stored on infrastructure operated by our hosting provider. Uploaded audio files are automatically deleted after a retention period (by default 30 days); transcripts and analyses remain available in your account until you delete the session or your account. You can delete individual sessions at any time from within the app. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must keep limited records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

7. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers listed above, and when required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. By using the service you acknowledge that your data may be processed in those locations under the providers’ own safeguards.

9. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at coolcorvin13@mail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and a preference cookie to remember your language. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

11. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted scrypt hashes. Access to data is limited to what is necessary to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

12. Children

The service is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The «Last updated» date at the top reflects the latest revision. Significant changes will be communicated through the service.
