Terms of Service

These Terms of Service («Terms») govern your access to and use of Praxiloom(«Praxiloom», «we», «us»). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Praxiloom is an online platform for coaches that provides a practice trainer with an AI client and AI-assisted review of coaching sessions against ICF standards, including transcription and analysis of recordings you upload. The service is operated from the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Credits, pricing, and payment

• The service runs on a credit balance (PRIZM tokens) that you purchase and that is consumed by actions such as transcription, analysis, and trainer sessions.
• Prices are shown on our Pricing page and may change over time; changes do not affect credits already purchased.
• Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Your content and consent to record

• You retain ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and text you upload («Your Content»).
• You confirm that you have the right to upload Your Content and that you have obtained the consent of all participants (e.g. your client) to record the session and process it through the service.
• You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the service to you (including sending it to the AI providers described in our Privacy Policy).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload content you have no right to use, or that is unlawful or violates others’ privacy;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
• resell or redistribute the service or its output without permission;
• use the service to create harmful, abusive, or misleading content.

7. AI output — important disclaimer

Transcriptions, scores, and analyses are generated by automated AI systems. They may contain errors and are provided for educational and self-development purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional supervision, and they are not legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. ICF-style scoring is guidance, not an official certification or assessment by the ICF.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content) belong to Praxiloom. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The service is provided «as is» without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praxiloom is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that harms us or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic (Kyrgyzstan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Purchases are additionally subject to Paddle’s buyer terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The «Last updated» date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
