Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds work for purchases made on Praxiloom. We want you to be satisfied with the service, and we handle refund requests fairly and promptly.

1. What you purchase

Praxiloom is a digital service. Purchases add credits (a token balance) to your account, which are then used to run AI-powered actions such as session analysis, transcription, and trainer sessions. Access is delivered immediately and electronically.

2. Payments and Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for purchases on Praxiloom. This means Paddle is the seller of record for your transaction, issues your invoice, and handles billing. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

3. 14-day refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase if the purchased credits are unused or only minimally used. If a meaningful part of the credits has already been consumed, we may offer a partial refund for the remaining unused balance at our discretion.

Email us at coolcorvin13@mail.com with the email used for the purchase and your Paddle order or receipt number. You can also request a refund directly through the Paddle receipt you received by email. We aim to review every request within 5 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle.

6. Failed or duplicate charges

If you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us at coolcorvin13@mail.com and we will correct it as quickly as possible.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is reviewed.
